Xin Liu is s currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Mathematics Education, having begun this program in May 2025. With a strong foundation in mathematics teaching and curriculum development, Xin is dedicated to advancing research and best practices in math education.

Served as co - chair of Wichita Area Sister Cities (WASC) China Committee, assisting the city of Wichita to communicate with the government of Kaifeng, China and collaborating with local associations to arrange events.
